Travel preferences including destinations, travel frequency, group size, and seasonal patterns. Empty leg alert preferences, including the cities you would fly from, the destinations you would like to travel to, how much notice you need, and how many people would travel, along with the date and time you consented to receive alerts.
Private aviation experience and pricing expectations. Booking, concierge, and provisioning requests and the details needed to fulfill them, including delivery locations and product preferences. Identity verification information, when required for a booking, which is processed through a third-party verification provider. Billing information, including the name or company name to be invoiced, your chosen payment method, and records of invoices and payments. Reference photos or other materials you choose to send us to fulfill a request. Recordings and transcripts of calls with our booking and service lines, including the travel details you provide during a call. Communication preferences and consent selections. Any additional information you choose to provide in messages, forms, or open text fields. We may also automatically collect technical information when you visit our website, including browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited. Send you empty leg alerts that match the routes you selected, if you have opted in to receive them. Communicate service updates and information relevant to you. Verify identity where required to confirm a booking. Improve our services and plan new routes and offerings based on aggregated data. Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms. SMS, WhatsApp, and Message Communications By providing your phone number and opting in through any SplitWing form, or by messaging us on a messaging channel such as WhatsApp, you consent to receive messages from SplitWing LLC regarding your requests, bookings, availability, service updates, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS marketing messages will be sent. You may also contact us at management@splitwing.vip to request removal from our messaging lists. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Empty leg alerts are promotional text messages. We send them only if you opt in by checking the consent box on our empty leg sign-up form or on your trip page. We send no more than one alert per day, and only for the routes you selected. Opting in is not required to book or join a flight. You can change your routes or stop alerts at any time using the personal link we send you, or by replying STOP. You may use our website without providing a phone number or opting in to promotional communications. Messages that are necessary to fulfill a booking or request you have initiated are part of providing that service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Calls to and from our booking and service lines may be recorded and transcribed. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may submit your request by email to management@splitwing.vip or through a form on our website instead.
